📨 Ability to send personalized emails to users of your platform

This system allows you to trigger personalized emails based on a date to certain people.

When is it sent?

You can choose a number of days before or after a date. For example 356 days after the last modification, or 0 days after the modification or even 30 days before a content date

You can choose 3 types of date:

The date the content was created.
The date the content was updated.
A date present in a content and therefore in your form.

Who is it sent to?

You can choose to whom this email will be sent, here are the criteria:

To the author and co-authors if you have co-authors in your form.
To people who liked the content.
To people who have clicked on the “join” button if you have activated it on this type of content.
To people who commented on the content.
Has a list of administrators that you can define from the members tab in the administrators section.
To recipients of your choice by adding the emails directly here.

Is it possible to send to draft content?

Yes, by selecting the “Send only to draft content” option. This email will be sent ONLY to draft content. This can be useful to remind users that they have a draft that hasn't been published for 30 days, for example.

How do I choose if I want to send this email to content already published on the platform?

To send to all content on the platform, you must select the option “Also send to content already present on the platform”.

Is it possible to send an automatic email even to content that is awaiting moderation if moderation is activated on this content?

To send the email to content not visible on the platform because it is awaiting moderation, you must deselect the option “If moderation is activated, wait for the content to be published”.
