Integrate a Powerpoint template

This feature allows you to export your content in Powerpoint format.

You no longer need to copy and paste information from your content into a Powerpoint slide; it is automatically available in the layout of your Powerpoint template.

NB: you can only assign one template per type of content.

The settings are made in the dashboard > content type.

Select the content type to which you wish to apply your Powerpoint template.

Then, in the content type, select the PowerPoint Template tab:

Each field on the form is associated with a tag that you need to copy/paste into PowerPoint.

In Powerpoint, select the field you wish to associate with a tag.

Then, in the menu, select Picture Format > Alt text. The tag is transferred to the Replacement Text block which appears on the right of the screen:

When the template is ready, upload it to the dashboard dashboard > content type > Powerpoint Template > Upload your Powerpoint Template

The system will tell you whether your template has been loaded correctly and whether the tags have been recognised.

Remember to save the changes to your content type by clicking at the top right of the page.

You can now download your files from your platform by opening the content of your choice and clicking on [Export Powerpoint] in the top right-hand corner.

Your template will then download directly into your browser.

Yes, your template can have several pages, including cover pages for example.

Do I have to use all the fields in my form in my Powerpoint template?

No, you can combine the fields of your choice and exclude some.

How can I prevent the description of my content from overflowing the text zone in my Powerpoint?

In the text zone option, you can select an option entitled ‘Autofit Body Text to Placeholder’.
